NexusJump is a collaborative team built on trust, experience, and a shared commitment to helping people and organisations grow. We bring a balance of strategic thinking, technical know-how, and human insight to every engagement—whether that’s a one-to-one mentoring session, a leadership workshop, or a keynote at a major conference.
At the heart of our work is a strong team ethos: stay curious, keep it practical, and focus on progress. We’ve worked across industries, sectors, and formats—but we’re always anchored in the same principle: deliver real value, with integrity and clarity.
It comes down to one thing: we’re here to help people. That’s the thread that runs through everything we’ve done – supporting clients, mentoring individuals, running training, leading teams, and guiding organisations through complexity.
We believe learning should be relevant, engaging, and personal – and that when people feel supported and understood, they do their best work.
After more pivots than we care to admit (and a few long walks with coffee), we used Simon Sinek’s “Start With Why” framework to distil what we’re really about. Full credit to him—and full honesty from us: it took time to get clear.
WHY – Helping people. It’s what we’ve always done—whether through support, education, mentoring or strategy. Giving of ourselves for the benefit of others is our constant.
HOW – Through depth of experience. We’ve spent years working with people and teams to unlock capability and move things forward. We know what works in the real world—and we’ve learned how to listen, adapt, and lead with care.
WHAT – Executive briefings, online training, mentoring, workshops, meetups, and conference speaking. We design experiences that inform, challenge, and stick. Our Toastmasters background shapes how we communicate, coach and connect – with clarity and purpose.

Paul and Marcus first joined forces in 2014, following years of collaboration in a client–supplier relationship. After delivering a wide range of projects together—and navigating the tricky moments as well as the wins—they realised their combined approach had lasting value.
Marcus has a rich background in sales, marketing, CRM systems, and web development. He brings a coaching mindset to everything he does, with a focus on mentoring, facilitation, and helping people grow through change.
Paul blends experience in IT, customer service, training, and technology with a futurist’s eye for what’s next. His work spans system integration, mission-critical support, public speaking, education delivery, and exploring the ethics of AI and data. He’s driven by big-picture thinking—and making sure complex ideas become clear, useful, and actionable for others.
